I've just spent a wonderful day watching wildlife, at the British Wildlife Centre near Lingfield in Surrey, along with friends from The Wildlife Art Society International.

The BWC is a marvellous facility, with all the species of wildlife found in Britain, so it proved an excellent resource for us.
We spent a day there, watching, sketching, filming and photographing a variety of mammals and birds, which it would be difficult to see closely in the wild, so great reference for our artwork.

I can see there will be many pictures from the reference I gathered, including the fox and pine marten here, and also otter, red deer, wildcat, roe deer and hedgehog.
