I've just returned from a short break in Cumbria, at Hazel Bank in Rosthwaite,
and was delighted to see two red squirrels in the hotel garden.

Getting up at first light gave me the chance to watch and film their activities,
as they dashed through the trees and ate seeds.

Later they came even closer to eat nuts provided outside the breakfast room,
and the experience will give me plenty of material for several works, I'm sure.
The first will probably be a paper cut, which I am planning at the moment.
